The Bounce Sing Method consists of exercises designed to help you get maximum benefit and enjoyment out of combining music with exercise movements so you can burn calories while sitting and as well as to help strengthen your posture and improve your balance to resolve chronic pain.


The core training program for Bounce Sing is currently undergoing rounds of scientific research with the help of the SBA and Business Development Center of Greenville, SC in cooperation with Clemson University market research & analysis.   


We incorporate a variety of highly beneficial exercises from well established self-help methodologies like Wim Hof Method & The Egoscue Method.  Our goal is to help you improve your balance, reduce pain by improving your strength and posture, and help you receive the tremendous benefits of engaging and learning music through the lens of regular movements that sync up to the beat of your favorite tunes.
